I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart and have freelanced for years, but it never felt like the right time to take the leap and go out on my own. Then one day, it just felt right.
I’ve been managing paid search and social campaigns for 11 years. In that time I’ve worked on hundreds of clients and thousands of campaigns across nearly every vertical in B2B and B2C. I’ve worked in campaign execution, tracking, reporting, strategy and sales from the mom-and-pop to the venture-backed household names.
I’m a problem-solver truly invested in helping your business grow and succeed. I believe in doing things right the first time and under-promising with the intention of over-delivering.
It’s been said I have a lot of hobbies. Depending on the day (or weather), I enjoy disc golf, pickleball, rock climbing, weight lifting, backpacking and mountain biking. I have a small menagerie of cats (4) who monopolize my phone’s camera roll.

I made a career out of overseeing operations and investing in people at a startup company. It defined me as a person, and I hope to spend the rest of my career helping others overcome the challenges that I once did.
I spent over 9 years growing a startup business from a 6 person team to over 50 employees. I started in a low level individual contributor role learning the nuances of our day to day services, and grew to be a VP of People Operations where I oversall a variety of departments (Client Services, Client Operations, People/HR, Copywriting, Accounting, Recruiting). I saw and learned a lot about how businesses grow, and where people need to invest their time and resources in order to be successful.
Administering business operations is a lot like assembling a puzzle, and I enjoy the puzzle of people. The road to success is making sure the right person is thinking about and working on the right thing in unison with others. Having spent a lot of time overseeing multiple departments at once, I saw first hand the opportunities and pitfalls that leaders walk themselves into and how best to navigate those challenges.
I live in Durham NC with my wife and our 4 cats (we know it’s too many cats, but family is family). I enjoy leading an active lifestyle rotating through hobbies like pickleball, disc golf, rock climbing and tackling the never ending list of home improvement projects. I am the head chef of our household (shoutout to Alison Roman’s home movies on youtube for inspiration. Especially the Pizza. Seriously, make her homemade pizza recipe!), and also exploring the wonderful restaurant scene here in Durham.
